Items will be sent within 7 days of the order being received and by the Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class service. This ensures that the order can be tracked to provide you with updates and information if there are any issues with the order.

Customised orders are hand-painted, so please allow up to 14 days for us to prepare your order. If your order is for a special occasion such as a party, wedding etc, please allow up to 4 weeks for us to arrange your order.
