Returns Policy

Please contact jcmfineart@gmail.com to arrange a return if required. All items must be sent within 14 days of receipt in the new condition that they were dispatched in. Postage for a return must be paid for by the sender. A refund will be sent via paypal on the day that the item is received by JCM Fine Art & Crafts. If there are any issues, please contact us by email and we will be happy to help.
